End User License Agreement (EULA) for Dental Hygiene Seminars, LLC
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Participant") and [Dental Hygiene Seminars, LLC] ("Organizer") governing your access to and use of the Dental Hygiene Seminar ("Seminar"). By registering for or attending the Seminar, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant 1.1 Organizer grants Participant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to attend the Seminar and use related materials provided during the Seminar ("Materials") solely for personal or professional educational purposes.
1.2 Participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise share the Materials without the prior written consent of Organizer.
2. Intellectual Property Rights 2.1 All content, presentations, and Materials provided during the Seminar are the intellectual property of Organizer or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2.2 Participant shall not claim ownership of or any proprietary interest in the Seminar content or Materials.
3. Prohibited Conduct 3.1 Participant shall not:
- Record, videotape, or photograph any part of the Seminar without prior written consent.
- Share login credentials or access to virtual Seminar sessions with unregistered individuals.
- Use the Seminar content for commercial purposes without Organizer's express permission.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties 4.1 The Seminar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Organizer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4.2 Organizer does not guarantee specific results from participation in the Seminar.
5. Limitation of Liability 5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to Participant’s participation in the Seminar.
5.2 In no event shall Organizer's total liability exceed the fees paid by Participant for the Seminar.
6. Termination 6.1 Organizer reserves the right to terminate Participant’s access to the Seminar without refund if Participant violates the terms of this Agreement.
6.2 Upon termination, Participant must immediately cease using and destroy all copies of the Materials in their possession.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the Organizer is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
7.2 Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation, and if mediation fails, through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization].
8. Amendments and Modifications 8.1 Organizer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be effective upon notification to Participants or publication on Organizer's website.
9. Entire Agreement 9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Participant and Organizer regarding the Seminar and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

By registering for or attending the Seminar, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
