The selection process is to be decided by each school. We only ask that after a student is selected, he or she will need to register by mailing us a completed registration form attached to the Class President and Faculty Letter. Again, in order to receive a scholarship - you must fill out a DHSeminars, Inc. Scholarship Form that is being mailed to both your class president and your dental hygiene program director.

* In order to qualify you must be a senior student in a US Accredited dental hygiene program with a minimum of 12 senior students in your class. For more information, please refer to the letter being sent to your program director.
